Before your appointment

• Prior to your appointment, please have confirmed your appointment.

• Be sure to arrive 5 minutes early to prevent being late. If you are late, by 10-15 minutes, we may have to cancel the appointment and reschedule for a later date.

• Upon arrival, just shoot me a text, to let me know you are here!

Policies

• A card on file is required for appointments, in cases of no shows. No shows will result in a 100% service fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, will result in 75% service fee.

• No color service can be guaranteed if there is any at home/ “box color” due to inconsistency of these colors.

• Some color service require multiple sessions, please keep this in mind when booking.

• There will be no refunds issued. If let unsatisfied, please reach out to me in order to make any corrections.
